Required profile of the candidate:
* Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
* Can visualize, conceptualize, design websites and interface.
* A Graduate/Post-Graduate Design degree from a reputed design school
* Well versed with Human Computer Interaction principles
* Command over Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Flash, Fireworks
* Up to date with the latest in web user interfaces, regular follower of books and blogs on design at a conceptual level
Produce creative designs, websites and various interactive online portals, maintaining creative designing standards like web 2.0 and other usability Standards.
Experience desired with:
* Dream Weaver, CSS, JavaScript, HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Flash, Illustrator.
* Good visualization and designing skills.
* Web sites design, Maintaining & development using Dream weaver (CS4), Expression, Photoshop (CS4), DIV (Table Less Layout), Web 2.0, CSS,
* Experience in using CMS like Silverstripe and Drupal a plus.
Experience required for the job: 2 to 4 years
