Interest in English Literature and necessary amount of knowledge for an undergraduate level is a must. Candidates preferably from Chakala, JBNagar.

The sub-editor, besides carrying out the assigned duty for the day, is expected to have these following skills:
- Dreamweaver training provided.
- Select entries for the particular month.
- Notify the writer about the selection.
- Basic grammar, spell check.
- Research for ideas.
- Proof-reading selected articles before and after uploading.
- Maintain database.
- First glance and feedback on articles.
